Our team

PERCO Rentals was established as a strategic partnership between Pipeline & Utility Rental Equipment (PURE), LLC, headquartered in the Jackson, Mississippi area and Perco Equipment Rentals based in Madison, Georgia. We operate as PERCO Rentals, and our focus is on bringing innovative equipment solutions to the pipeline and utility construction industries.

President

Jacob Barr brings over 15 years of experience in the heavy equipment sales and rental industry. He began his career as a wash rack and technician apprentice before moving into sales, and later into senior leadership.

Using his knowledge in market growth and territory control, Jacob has spearheaded a team through the development of new territories across multiple states. He has experience in implementing policies and procedures to ensure brand consistency company wide.

Jacob is a relationship oriented leader, who strives to have interpersonal relationships with his team and customers. He values different opinions and experiences to help the team achieve personal goals and company success.

He lives in Madison, Mississippi with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, attending his daughters' sporting events, and traveling.

Lane Oswalt

Operations Manager

Lane joined Perco Rentals in 2023 as Rental Coordinator/Fleet Manager and transitioned to the Operations Manager role in 2024. Before joining Perco Rentals Lane worked in the Petroleum industry as well as in insurance and real estate and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mississippi College.

An avid outdoorsman, Lane enjoys hunting, fishing, biking, and spending time with family. He and his wife, Jenna, live in Clinton, MS with their two daughters.

Justin Denton

National Service Director

Justin joined Perco Rentals in June of 2024 as National Service Director. He has spent 15 years in the equipment industry as a technician, field technician, service manager, and in both rental and new equipment sales. Outside of work, Justin is an avid waterfowl hunter and fisherman and enjoys golf and traveling with his wife, Jordan, and their two children.
